Location: Remote (Serving Schools Across Indiana)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, 1099 Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in Indiana to join our growing team! This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and provide much-needed speech and language services to K-12 students across Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
- Speech and Language Evaluations: Conduct virtual assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Virtual Therapy Services: Provide engaging speech therapy sessions remotely, addressing a variety of communication disorders.
- Collaborative Support: Work with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Monitor Progress: Track and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy strategies to meet student goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all practices meet state regulations in Indiana as well as federal special education guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Valid Indiana SLP license (required).
- Experience: Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- ASHA Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in using virtual therapy platforms and online tools.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
