Remote Speech Therapist (SLP) Needed in Alabama School District
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Grade Levels: Elementary & Middle School
About the Role:
An Alabama school district is seeking a full-time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in elementary and middle school. The SLP will provide teletherapy services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with teachers and support staff to help students meet their communication goals.
Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to elementary and middle school students.

Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals.

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.

Communicate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Active Alabama SLP license.
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
-
Prior school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
