We’re currently hiring a Virtual SLP to work with K–12 students across Alabama for the 2025–2026 school year. This fully remote role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a flexible, collaborative, and student-focused virtual environment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in a virtual setting

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments in alignment with IEP goals

Develop, implement, and update IEPs as required

Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to support student success

Attend virtual IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation

Use teletherapy tools and digital platforms to deliver engaging, effective services
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Alabama SLP license – REQUIRED
-
Current Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) certification – REQUIRED

Minimum of 1 year of virtual school-based experience – REQUIRED

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Proficiency with virtual platforms and therapy tools

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
