This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position — perfect for SLPs who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful connections with students in a collaborative virtual environment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students in a virtual setting.

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments aligned with students’ IEP goals.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams to support student progress.

Attend virtual IEP meetings, complete documentation, and maintain compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) and district standards.

Utilize engaging, interactive online tools to deliver effective virtual therapy sessions.
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution.

Active Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). — REQUIRED

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). — REQUIRED

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based or virtual setting — REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and school-based service delivery

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
