Full-Time Fully Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Houston, TX
Blazer Jobs has partnered with school districts across Texas, including those in the Houston area, to ensure students in special education programs receive the speech and language services they need to thrive. We are seeking licensed and experienced Remote Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our dedicated team of professionals delivering services in a fully virtual setting.
Requirements to Apply:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
-
Hold or be eligible for a Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification (Speech-Language Pathology Services Certificate)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
-
Must be physically located in the United States during service delivery

Demonstrated proficiency in using virtual platforms and remote learning tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, teletherapy software, digital assessment tools)

Successful completion of background check and all district onboarding requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal regulations
-
Provide direct teletherapy services to students in K–12 across various school districts
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all services provided
-
Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student development
-
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing training sessions
