Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time
Start Date: NSY (New School Year – Dates to be confirmed)
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours/week
School Assignment: 1 school
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Platform: VocoVision (Fully Remote)
Licensure Requirement: Active Mississippi (MS) SLP license required
VocoVision is seeking a licensed SLP to support a school district in Mississippi for the upcoming school year. The role will include a combination of direct therapy and IEP-related responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide virtual direct speech therapy to students

Conduct evaluations and oversee assessments
-
Write and update IEPs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Maintain accurate documentation within contracted hours
Additional Details:
-
Caseload/workload model to be confirmed by the district
-
All hours worked within the contracted 15 hours/week are billable, including admin and meetings
-
This is not an itinerant role; no travel is required
Qualifications:

Active MS SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
-
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience (virtual experience preferred)

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology
