Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska
We are seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist who enjoys supporting students with diverse needs in a remote environment. Your responsibilities will include therapy delivery, detailed documentation, and active participation in IEP processes. You will also provide strategies to families and teachers to reinforce skills outside of sessions. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration and innovative approaches to student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Nebraska Teaching Certification and Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
