A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist providing teletherapy services for a K-12 school setting located in Gretna, Louisiana. This contract position extends through the current school year, from the start date ASAP through May 22, 2026. The role requires delivering remote speech and language support to students, following the school calendar Monday through Friday, with a 35-hour workweek.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy sessions for student caseloads across K-12 grades
- Collaborating on individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
- Utilizing technology platforms to effectively deliver remote speech-language services
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Louisiana state license and fully licensed in the candidate’s residing state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Minimum of three years' experience providing speech-language services in Louisiana schools
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery
- Successful completion of a technology screening
- Availability of one professional reference
