Telehealth School-Based Speech Therapy | Louisiana
A full-time Speech-Language Pathology role is available to provide teletherapy services within K-12 educational settings in the Gretna, LA area. Qualifications and experience sought:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Louisiana state licensure and licensure in the candidate’s home state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum three years of experience working in Louisiana school settings
- Demonstrated proficiency in teletherapy services
- Successful completion of a technology screening
- One professional reference available for verification
Work hours are set at 35 per week, consisting of seven hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Candidates must have the ability to adapt to and manage caseloads in varying school environments and effectively utilize virtual therapy platforms.
This position requires full readiness to begin shortly after the first or second week of December, following a thorough pre-screening process to ensure alignment with district expectations. Appointment will be contingent upon meeting all licensure and experience criteria, alongside successful reference and technology checks.
