Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a virtual capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly from home while making a significant impact on the lives of your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and innovative telepractice tools.
- Collaborate effectively with caregivers, families, and other professionals to optimize client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and billing information.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent).
- Valid state licensure in Michigan
- Proven experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably including telepractice experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients and families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and other technology required for virtual practice.
