Speech Teletherapy - ND
A full-time virtual speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized support to students in kindergarten through fifth grade, including those in an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) setting. This role offers a flexible 32-hour workweek, focusing on delivering high-quality speech therapy through telespeech services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and developing tailored therapy plans for K-5 students.
- Implementing virtual therapeutic interventions to support communication skills in students, including those with ASD.
- Collaborating with paraprofessionals assigned to support students during therapy sessions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with families, educators, and other team members to promote student success.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC).
- Experience providing speech therapy services in school settings.
- Proficiency in telespeech service delivery.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work with students across diverse needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with families and school staff.
