Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) needed in Virginia
Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide virtual therapy services to K–12 students throughout Virginia. This remote role offers the flexibility of working from home while helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full academic potential.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Students: Perform virtual assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

Design Therapy Plans: Develop individualized goals and treatment plans based on each student’s IEP.

Provide Virtual Therapy: Deliver interactive, evidence-based therapy sessions in a remote learning environment.

Track Progress: Monitor student development, maintain detailed records, and adjust plans as needed.

Collaborate With Teams: Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes.

Ensure Compliance: Follow all state, district, and federal regulations including FERPA and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Licensure: Current Virginia SLP license

Experience: At least 2 years working with school-aged children; prior teletherapy experience is a plus

Technology Requirements: Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and comfort using online platforms

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
