Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services to K-6 students in Texas. This is a fully remote, part-time contract position with a flexible schedule, provided it remains consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain a caseload of 7 students, with therapy minutes typically averaging 250 minutes per six weeks (some students require 150 or 300 minutes).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments, provide documentation, and monitor student progress in compliance with state and school requirements.
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP License (Required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
