Fully Remote - Speech Language Pathologist Roles in California for 25-26
Soliant is working with schools in California to schedule interviews for a fully remote speech language pathologist for the upcoming 25-26 school year. With our remote contracts, you will be treated as an independent 1099 contractor, meaning you’ll have flexibility in your personal schedule and finances to provide remote services. Position Details
- Contract: 1099 independent contracting structure
- Hours: Full-time hours (35-40 hours), including indirect time
- Platform: We provide a Zoom Plus application (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
- Rate: $52-61/hour, depending on experience (covers both direct time with students as well as reports/meetings/IEPs)
Requirements
- Degree: Master's Degree required
- Certification: California license for Speech-Language Pathology, California CTC is highly preferred
- Fingerprints: Active California Live Scan Fingerprints
- Experience: Past school-based SLP experience, with remote experience preferred
- Fluency: Highly preferred bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (not required)
- Set Up: Home computer with camera and microphone functions, strong internet connection, and capability of running Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech, language, articulation, and communication needs
- Provide remote therapy and intervention services as needed
- Manage and develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) for each student
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings with family and faculty members
For any of our remote positions, you must be comfortable with working as an independent contractor! This means, you will be paid in full for any hours worked. You will be compensated for 100% of the time you work, including both direct time with students and indirect planning periods & IEP development.
