Two contract positions available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) specializing in school-based and telespeech services. These roles are based in Federal Way, WA, supporting students with a caseload of 50 per therapist. These positions require delivering specialized speech therapy services within the school setting, using both in-person and virtual modalities.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Providing direct speech therapy services to students
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications and experience needed:
- Valid SLP license with credentials to provide school-based services
- Expertise in telespeech and traditional school speech services
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- No SLPA support available, so independent caseload management is essential
Work schedule and contract specifics:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Start date for Position 1: ASAP
- Start date for Position 2: End of February
- Contract end date for both positions: June 12, 2026
