Position Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Valid Alaska state license in Speech Language Pathology and Alaska Teaching Certificate

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Minimum of two years of experience in a school setting
Job Details: Alaska SLP
- 20 hours per week
- 19-24 students on the caseload K-12
- ASAP-ESY
- Additional ESY services of 2-4 hours per week for four weeks may also be required

Compensation is determined by experience, interview performance, and service delivery method
The typical rate ranges from $45–$55 per hour.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct virtual evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.

Deliver speech and language therapy through teletherapy platforms, focusing on articulation, fluency, and language skills.

Partner with teachers, special education staff, and parents via video conferences to support students’ academic and social success.

Track student progress remotely, adjust therapy plans as needed, and contribute to virtual IEP meetings and goal setting.
Interview Process:

20-30 minute online interview with the school district
