Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Virtual, Oregon)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to students across Oregon. This position includes direct therapy, evaluations, IEP participation, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and comfortable managing a varied caseload in a fully remote environment.
Schedule:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Caseload Details:

Total caseload: approximately 65 students
-
About 12 students will be directly case-managed

The remaining caseload consists of related service students
-
Most students are seen every other week or once per month
-
Small group sessions are required (individual sessions are not part of this model)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language services through teletherapy.

Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document student progress.

Participate in IEP and team meetings as required.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success.

Maintain accurate records and meet district and state compliance requirements.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Oregon SLP license.
-
ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
-
Prior school-based experience required (clinical-only backgrounds have not been successful).

Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.
