A full-semester contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based services with a focus on teletherapy. This role supports a high school student population with a caseload of 37 students. Work hours are typically from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM but may be adjusted to accommodate the clinician’s needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy services to high school students through both in-person and telespeech methods.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s communication needs.
- Collaborating with educational staff to support student progress and integrating therapy goals within the academic environment.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology.
Qualifications and experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
