Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Michigan

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote teletherapy services to K–12 students in Michigan. As a member of our dynamic team, you will deliver high-quality speech and language therapy via secure online platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for students in various educational settings.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and therapy sessions

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support and monitor student progress
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans
-
Participate in virtual meetings and case conferences as required
-
Stay current with advancements in teletherapy practices and continuing education
Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active and unrestricted SLP license in the state of Michigan
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing speech-language therapy services, preferably in a school or pediatric setting

Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
-
Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
-
Familiarity with Medicaid billing and documentation requirements
