Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
As a Spanish-Endorsed Virtual Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll help bilingual students overcome communication challenges through engaging online therapy sessions. You’ll assess, plan, and deliver interventions that meet individual needs while maintaining strong partnerships with teachers and families. We provide training, tech support, and a collaborative atmosphere that lets you focus on your clinical impact.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Illinois teaching certification and licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
