Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
We are looking for a licensed speech language pathologist to provide services in a virtual school program. This position involves completing comprehensive assessments, tailoring interventions to individual needs, and ensuring therapy aligns with each student’s IEP. Candidates must demonstrate strong technology skills and the ability to adapt therapy materials for remote delivery. Regular communication with families and staff will be part of the role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Illinois teaching certification and licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Our organization is seeking a remote speech language pathologist to join our teletherapy team.
