Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Alabama

An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a school setting located in Decatur, AL. This contract-based role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy to support students' communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions using telespeech technology
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting consistent with school and state regulations
- Utilize telepractice best practices to engage students and facilitate effective communication
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing speech therapy services through telepractice platforms
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work remotely with students and staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory standards
Location: Decatur, Alabama (services delivered via telepractice)
