Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist - TX
VocoVision is seeking an experienced and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual school-based services to students across Texas. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives in a structured but flexible remote environment, delivering high-quality communication support four days per week. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to ensure students receive consistent intervention aligned with their IEP goals and academic needs.
You will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, manage documentation, and participate in virtual IEP meetings. Students in this program may present with articulation delays, receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency challenges, and social communication needs. This position is ideal for an SLP who values strong collaboration and enjoys leveraging technology to create an engaging learning experience.
Responsibilities

Provide direct virtual speech-language therapy four days each week.

Conduct assessments and generate comprehensive evaluation reports.

Monitor and document student progress using data-driven methods.

Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.

Adapt therapy techniques using digital tools and interactive activities.

Collaborate with teachers and SPED staff on instructional accommodations.

Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs.

Maintain compliance with Texas guidelines and district expectations.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Texas SLP license (required).

ASHA CCC-SLP highly preferred.

Familiarity with school-based service delivery.

Reliable technology setup for virtual therapy.

Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills.
