A contract position is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services, servicing K-12 students via remote sessions. This opportunity is located in Schertz, TX, supporting schools within San Antonio, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy remotely through teletherapy platforms.
- Manage caseload and provide evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
- Bilingual proficiency is required.
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification preferred, particularly if clinical hours are documented.
- Ability to provide reference documentation.
- Experience with teletherapy and telespeech service delivery models.
Employment Details:
- Contract duration from ASAP through May 29, 2026.
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Caseload and specific school assignments to be determined.
- Services delivered across K-12 age group.
Interested candidates will undergo a prescreen interview to assess suitability. Interview availability should be provided between 9-11 AM or 2-3 PM EST, with flexibility considered.
