Position Overview:
We are currently hiring 1–2 part-time, California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide virtual supervision and direct support for school-based services. The SLP(s) will oversee SLPA(s) and be responsible for managing clinical and legal responsibilities, including assessments, IEP development, documentation, and participation in meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual supervision for assigned Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Conduct student assessments and re-evaluations
-
Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Attend and participate in IEP meetings virtually

Sign off on therapy notes and services delivered by SLPAs
-
Collaborate with educational teams to ensure student success

Maintain timely and compliant documentation per state and district guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Previous experience supervising SLPAs preferred

School-based experience, including IEPs and assessments, strongly preferred

Must be comfortable and proficient working in a virtual environment

Reliable internet connection and access to required technology

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.86 to $74.86. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
