About the Position
We are seeking 1–2 licensed, part-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) based in California to provide virtual speech services, including SLPA supervision, for the current school year. This is a remote (VOCO) position with flexible hours, depending on caseload and supervision needs.
The SLP(s) will be responsible for overseeing SLPA-provided therapy services while also managing IEP-related responsibilities including assessments, IEP development, meetings, and documentation. Supervision may be provided virtually, and the caseload will vary depending on the SLPA’s assigned school(s).
Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual supervision and support to assigned SLPA(s)

Conduct assessments and re-evaluations

Write and update IEPs in collaboration with school teams

Attend virtual IEP meetings as required

Sign off on therapy notes and documentation

Ensure services are compliant with state, district, and licensure requirements
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current California SLP License (required)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Previous experience supervising SLPAs (preferred)

Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery

Strong understanding of California special education regulations and IEP processes

Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
Compensation for this position ranges from $44.86 to $74.86. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
