Remote School Speech Therapy - California
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy and school settings within a K-12 environment. This role involves providing supervision and direct oversight of speech-language pathology services, ensuring the delivery of quality care aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), with caseload management depending on delegation
 - Conducting and signing off on assessments, therapy sessions, and IEP documentation
 - Participating in meetings related to student progress and therapy planning
 - Managing caseload priorities in collaboration with educational staff
 - Potentially providing virtual supervision services
 
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
 - Experience in teletherapy and school-based speech-language pathology
 - Strong organizational skills for managing assessments, therapy documentation, and meetings
 - Ability to supervise SLPAs effectively and oversee caseload distribution
 - Familiarity with K-12 educational settings and related protocols
 
Location: Concord, CA (K-12 school environment)
