Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Virtual Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. In this role, you’ll provide direct instruction, consultation, and support to ensure students receive equitable educational experiences. Your ability to adapt lessons and collaborate effectively will make you a valuable part of our virtual education community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Indiana Teaching Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
