A contract opportunity is available to provide specialized speech-language pathology support within a K-12 school setting in Columbus, IN. This role involves assisting onsite speech-language pathologists with their caseload, working two days per week throughout the school year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing telepractice speech-language therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Supporting onsite SLPs by managing portions of their caseload to ensure students receive timely intervention
- Collaborating with school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Required qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience delivering speech-language therapy services in a school environment
- Ability to provide telespeech therapy effectively
- Familiarity with K-12 speech and language caseload management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
