Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote speech and language services to K-12 students across school districts in Ohio. This is a fully remote/virtual position that allows you to make a meaningful difference from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct virtual therapy services to students with speech and language needs via teletherapy platforms.

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings in accordance with state and district guidelines.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
-
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings virtually.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student communication goals.

Utilize engaging, evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Ohio SLP license issued by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License or willingness to obtain one.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.

Experience with teletherapy platforms (e.g., Zoom, Presence, etc.) is a plus.

Strong communication, time management, and tech skills required.
