School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fully Remote, Oregon
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Oregon. This school-based role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and educators to support communication development and academic success. Whether you’re an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF) seeking mentorship, we welcome your application.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students (K–12).

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team.

Provide therapy in individual and group settings in accordance with student needs.

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote carryover and communication goals.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, eligibility meetings, and IEP reviews.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Valid Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!

School-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
