A virtual, part-time bilingual speech-language pathologist position is available to provide teletherapy and telespeech services in Spanish for students in grades K-12. This contract role supports evaluation needs on an as-needed basis, primarily conducting two to three evaluations weekly. The assignment runs from immediately through mid-June and requires active Virginia licensure for speech-language pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bilingual speech and language assessments in Spanish via teletherapy platforms
- Deliver individualized telespeech intervention services to K-12 students remotely
- Document evaluations and progress notes consistent with state and federal standards
- Collaborate virtually with school staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain compliance with licensure and school requirements throughout the contract
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
- Fluent in Spanish with demonstrated bilingual assessment and therapy skills
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Ability to manage workload efficiently in a virtual environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
