A part-time, contract opportunity is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist with expertise in Spanish to provide teletherapy services for K-12 students in the Virginia Beach area. This role involves virtual evaluations on an as-needed basis, typically conducting two to three assessments per week. The assignment period runs from January 5 through June 16.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations virtually for school-aged children (K-12).
- Deliver teletherapy services focusing on speech-language goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Virginia.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads remotely and independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Location: Virtual (serving the Virginia Beach area)
Commitment: Part-time, PRN (as-needed), approximately two to three evaluations weekly.
