Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist West Virginia
VocoVision is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time virtual services to K–12 students across West Virginia. This role supports students with communication needs by delivering high-quality, compliant speech-language services through a structured teletherapy model. The position is ideal for an SLP with strong school-based experience who is comfortable managing a caseload independently in a remote environment.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to ensure students receive appropriate support aligned with their IEP goals. Strong organization, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of school-based service delivery are essential for success.
Responsibilities

Provide full-time virtual speech-language therapy aligned with student IEPs

Address articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs

Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and adjust therapy as needed

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and service logs

Collaborate with educators to support classroom carryover strategies

Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and recommendations

Ensure all services comply with state and federal education regulations
Requirements

Active West Virginia SLP license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
-
Prior K–12 school-based experience required

Strong knowledge of IEP implementation and documentation

Comfort delivering services through telepractice platforms

Availability during standard school-day hours
