Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Work from Home
Location: Remote – North Carolina School District
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Are you an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful difference while working from home? We are seeking a full-time, remote SLP to provide teletherapy services for a school district in North Carolina. In this flexible role, you will work with students of all ages, helping them develop crucial communication skills in an engaging virtual environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide remote therapy for students, including both direct and indirect services
- Manage a diverse caseload tailored to district needs
- Complete assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and ensure IEP goals are met
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ academic and communication growth
- Keep thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure in North Carolina
- 2+ years of school-based therapy experience
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and tools
- Strong time-management skills
- Competitive hourly pay with a flat rate for both direct and indirect services
