What You’ll Need:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
-
Active Massachusetts license from the Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
-
At least 400 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (minimum 375 hours of direct service)
-
Completion of a Clinical Fellowship (CF) under a provisional license
-
Passing score on the national exam (Praxis or equivalent)
-
Demonstrated good moral character and a clear criminal background check
-
2+ years of school-based SLP experience (preferred)
-
Experience with teletherapy is a plus
-
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace

What You’ll Do:

Deliver engaging and effective teletherapy speech sessions

Conduct evaluations, write IEP goals, and complete progress reports

Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary school teams

Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DOE standards and documentation requirements

Utilize creative digital tools to maintain student engagement and progress

Licensing & Credential Highlights (Massachusetts):
