Responsibilities

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to K–12 students through engaging one-on-one and small group virtual sessions.

Conduct thorough online assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention plans.

Write, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with Massachusetts and federal guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and IEP compliance.

Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings as an active team member.

Use secure, interactive teletherapy platforms to keep sessions dynamic and effective.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
-
2+ years of school-based experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and delivery

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Comfort and confidence using teletherapy technology
Technology Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Laptop or desktop computer (Chromebooks and tablets not supported)

Successful completion of a brief tech check to ensure system compatibility

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.49 to $61.49. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
