Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist Position- Virtual
Position Summary
We are currently hiring a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K-12 students across Massachusetts. This fully remote position gives you the flexibility to work from home while making a real difference in students’ academic and social development. With the support of our teletherapy tools, you'll play a key role in helping students achieve their communication goals.
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to identify student needs.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.

Provide engaging teletherapy sessions in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and school teams to ensure student progress.

Document student outcomes and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing evaluation.

Attend IEP meetings and share clinical recommendations to support team planning.
What We’re Looking For
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid Massachusetts SLP license.
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

A minimum of two years of school-based experience is preferred.

Proficiency with digital platforms and confidence in providing virtual services.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technology Requirements

Dependable, high-speed internet access.

A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).

Must complete and pass a brief technical screening to verify compatibility with our platform.
