Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
We’re hiring a Virtual Spanish-Endorsed Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about student growth and innovation. In this role, you’ll use interactive teletherapy methods to help bilingual learners develop speech and language skills. You’ll be part of a connected, supportive team that values cultural understanding and professional excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Illinois teaching certification and licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
