Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Alabama

Caseload: K–12 (varies by district)
Start Date: Based on school assignment
Soliant is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across Alabama through virtual service delivery. This remote opportunity allows you to work from home while providing essential speech therapy services to students with communication challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and screenings
-
Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans
-
Deliver individualized therapy sessions through a secure teletherapy platform

Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
-
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
-
Active SLP license in the state of Alabama
-
ASHA CCC preferred; strong CFs may be considered
-
At least 2 years of experience in school-based or pediatric settings
-
Familiarity with telepractice and virtual therapy tools
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
