Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
-
Active California SLP license
-
1–2 years of pediatric or school-based experience preferred
-
Teletherapy experience preferred
-
Must meet state, school, and federal requirements including background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits

$55–$70/hour

Weekly direct deposit

Consistent pay for direct and indirect services

Job Description

Full-time hours available

K–12 caseload
-
General SLP responsibilities: virtual assessments, therapy, documentation, IEP collaboration, family and staff communication
-
Tools and resources provided through VocoVision’s digital platform
-
A detailed caseload description will be provided by the school during the virtual interview
Interview Process

10–15 minute screening with a ProCare Therapy recruiter

20–30 minute virtual interview with the school district
-
Offer typically extended within 24 hours
