Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Remote - West Virginia

We’re hiring a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-12 students across school districts in West Virginia. This position is fully virtual, allowing you to deliver high-quality therapy services from home while making a real impact on students’ communication and academic success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a teletherapy SLP, you’ll work with students who have a range of communication challenges, including speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency issues, and pragmatic/social communication needs. Your day-to-day work may include:

Providing direct therapy services to students through a secure online platform

Conducting speech and language assessments using virtual tools

Writing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with special education teams

Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation

Participating in virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences

Consulting with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of skills across settings

Maintaining regular communication with school staff and administrators

Ensuring all services and documentation are compliant with state, district, and federal guidelines
What We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active SLP license in the state of West Virginia

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
-
Experience in a school setting is highly preferred, especially with IEP development and implementation

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms, digital tools, and electronic documentation

Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a virtual caseload independently

Must have access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
