A Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available to support elementary, middle, and high school students in Augusta, GA. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering speech and language therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language abilities
- Writing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with educational regulations
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and inform treatment planning
- Collaborating with educational staff to support student communication development
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Valid Georgia state license for Speech Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children across elementary through high school settings
- Competency in telespeech services and the ability to adapt between onsite and virtual work environments
- Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads across multiple sites
