Remote School Speech Therapy - California
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity supporting high school students with diverse communication needs is available in Arvin, CA. This contract position focuses on delivering speech therapy services within a school setting for a caseload of approximately 55 students, including those with mild to moderate and some severe disabilities.
Key responsibilities include providing speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with onsite facilitators. Experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS) is essential to manage documentation and progress tracking effectively. The role requires working directly with students onsite to support their communication goals throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license
- Demonstrated experience in California public schools
- Proficiency with SEIS software
- Ability to manage a caseload consisting of mild, moderate, and some severe disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and support staff
