Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska
Our therapy center is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and related communication challenges. You’ll provide individualized and group therapy, support caregiver training, and work closely with ABA therapists and other professionals. Familiarity with social communication approaches such as SCERTS or PECS is beneficial. The ideal candidate is collaborative, patient, and committed to inclusive therapy practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Nebraska SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
