Part-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Virginia Schools
Overview
We’re hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work with K–12 students across Virginia in a fully virtual setting. You’ll provide high-quality speech and language services, collaborate with school teams, and help students meet their IEP goals—right from your home office.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions for students with a variety of communication needs.

Complete evaluations and assessments to guide treatment planning.

Develop individualized therapy plans using evidence-based practices.

Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to support carryover of communication strategies.

Keep thorough, timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings to share progress and make recommendations.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Virginia SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred if required by the district).

Previous experience with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Comfortable using virtual therapy platforms and digital tools.
