Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Louisiana School District | Full Teletherapy
Sunbelt Staffing and VocoVision are partnering with a Louisiana school district to hire a full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants the flexibility of working from home while still making a meaningful impact on students. Through VocoVision’s secure and user-friendly teletherapy platform, you’ll deliver high-quality services to K–12 students across the district.
Position Summary:
The Virtual SLP will provide direct therapy services, conduct assessments, participate in IEP processes, and maintain communication with teachers and parents. The district is supportive, organized, and motivated to onboard quickly. All materials, digital tools, and teletherapy resources are provided to ensure smooth service delivery and a successful remote experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions via VocoVision’s teletherapy system

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write detailed assessment reports

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain consistent documentation, progress monitoring, and timely reporting

Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families

Support students with mild–moderate needs across various grade levels

Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Louisiana SLP license
-
ASHA CCC-SLP credential required
-
Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience (teletherapy experience preferred but not required)

Comfortable working independently and managing a virtual caseload
-
Must pass a VocoVision technical screening

Updated computer with video/audio capabilities

Ability to run VocoVision’s teletherapy platform successfully
