What You’ll Do as a School-Based SLP in Texas
In this role, you’ll work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders. You’ll collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to develop and implement IEPs, deliver direct and consultative therapy services, monitor student progress, and participate in multidisciplinary planning. Whether you’re working in early intervention, elementary, or secondary settings, you’ll play a vital role in helping students find their voice and reach their potential.
Texas Licensure – Simple, Supported, and Recognized
Texas offers a straightforward path to licensure through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Whether you’re already licensed in another state or just beginning your CFY, our team will guide you through the process and reimburse eligible costs. ASHA certification is widely recognized and valued by school districts throughout the state.
