About the Opportunity (Location details to be discussed):

This full-time, onsite position (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, from August 18, 2025, to June 17, 2026) offers a dynamic environment for both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Onsite supervision is available through the district for CF candidates, ensuring a supportive learning experience. You will be serving students from Pre-Kindergarten to 8th Grade.

Key Job Duties May Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for students from Pre-K to 8th grade.
  • Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that address students' unique communication needs.
  • Providing direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to integrate therapy goals into the educational setting.
  • Monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and participating in IEP meetings.
  • Consulting with school staff on strategies to facilitate communication development and address speech and language concerns in the classroom.
  • Adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding special education services.

Special Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid license through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in Speech and Language Pathology. You must be willing to obtain licensure in the working state for this and future assignments.
  • Must successfully complete fingerprints and a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check.
