Are you a committed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP/A) seeking a rewarding opportunity in a school-based setting? ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a full-time onsite SLP/A to join a dedicated educational team and support students from Pre-K through 5th grade for the entire 2025–2026 academic year.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping students build confidence and communication skills essential to their academic and social success.

Caseload Size: TBD (based on school assignment and student needs)

Work Days: Monday through Friday (school hours)
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Work with students individually or in small groups to address IEP goals

Support development in speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, fluency, and social communication

Assist in data collection and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to enhance student outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school-wide initiatives
Required Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

Active state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Passion for helping students develop their voice and communication abilities

Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and support diverse learners
